Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Hashus Organic experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

The item must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@hashusorganic.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned items.
